Getting Started

How do I get started with your laundry service? +
Getting started is easy! Just call or text us at (321) 442-2352 to schedule your first pickup. We will collect your laundry from your door, professionally wash, dry, and fold it, then deliver it back fresh and ready.
Do I need to sort or prepare my laundry? +
No sorting needed — we handle everything for you. Just put your laundry in a bag and we take care of the rest. If you have special requests (like separating delicates or using a specific detergent), just let us know.
What should I put my laundry in? +
Trash bags are perfectly acceptable for your laundry.

Is there a first-time customer offer? +
Yes! New commercial (business) accounts get 10% off their first order. Call or text us to learn more about getting started with your business laundry.

Pricing and Payment

How much does your laundry service cost? +
Residential laundry is $3.50/lb for same-day or $2.50/lb for next-day service, with a 15 lb minimum. Commercial laundry is $1.50/lb with a 600 lb minimum. See our full pricing page for details.
How does per-pound pricing work? +
We weigh your laundry and charge by the pound. You only pay for what you send us. There is a 15 lb minimum per residential order (a $15 fee applies for orders under 15 lb).
Are there any hidden fees? +
No hidden fees. Detergent and free pickup and delivery are always included in the price. The only extra charges are the $15 minimum fee for residential orders under 15 lb, and any optional add-on services you choose to request. Every rate is listed upfront on our pricing page.
Do you offer additional services or add-ons? +
Yes. These optional extras are available on request: Comforters and Duvets starting at $20.00 each, Pillows starting at $8.00 each, Stain Treatment $5.00 per item, Hang-Dry Service $3.00 per item, Color Separation an additional $2.00 per pound, Fragrance-Free or Hypoallergenic products $5.00 per order, Excessive Pet Hair Removal $10.00 per order, and Heavy Soil or Odor Treatment starting at $10.00. Additional services must be requested before processing, and prices may vary depending on item size and condition. See our full pricing page for details.

How much does it cost to clean a comforter or duvet? +
Comforters and duvets start at $20.00 each. The exact price depends on the size, filling, and condition of the item, and we confirm it before we pick up. See our comforter laundry service for more.

We make payment simple and convenient. Call or text us at (321) 442-2352 and we will walk you through the payment options when you schedule your service.

Do you offer free pickup and delivery? +
Yes! Free pickup and delivery is included with every order across all our service areas. We come to your door, collect your laundry, and deliver it back fresh — no extra charge.

How fast can I get my laundry back? +
You choose the speed! Same-day service returns your laundry in 3 to 5 hours. Next-day service returns it within 24 hours. Both include free pickup and delivery.
Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery? +
Not always — many customers arrange contactless pickup and delivery at their door. Just let us know your preference when you schedule, and we will make it work for you.

Do you use my own detergent or yours? +
Quality detergent is included with every order. If you prefer a specific detergent or have sensitive skin, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Can you handle delicate items? +
Yes, we treat every item with care. If you have delicate garments or special washing instructions, please let us know when you schedule your pickup so we can handle them properly.
Do you offer laundry service for businesses? +

Are you a public laundromat I can visit? +
No, we are not a public laundromat. All laundry is processed at our private facility. We offer convenient pickup and delivery, so you never need to visit a location — we bring fresh laundry right to your door.
